Now in its 93rd year, the PDAC Convention continues to build on its legacy of success. Last year’s event drew nearly 27,000 attendees from 138 countries, and organizers anticipate an even larger global audience in 2025, including industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers.

“With more than 600,000 square feet of exhibits, groundbreaking programming, and exceptional networking opportunities, PDAC 2025 will bring together the world's most influential industry leaders,” said Raymond Goldie, PDAC President. “This year's convention emphasizes advancements in mineral exploration and mining technology, sustainability, and shaping the future of mining by strengthening partnerships with students and Indigenous communities.”

The Trade Show and Investors Exchange will feature over 1,100 booths, offering leading companies a platform to showcase innovative technologies and exciting investment opportunities. The exhibit space is designed to connect attendees with cutting-edge advancements shaping the future of the sector.

The convention will also deliver thought-provoking programming, including keynotes, technical sessions, and short courses covering topics such as commodities, geoscience, capital markets, and the latest trends in exploration and mining. These sessions provide attendees with valuable insights into emerging challenges and opportunities across the industry.

A key focus of PDAC 2025 is fostering Indigenous collaboration. Dedicated programs will emphasize the vital role of Indigenous partnerships in the sector, with discussions on land stewardship, economic empowerment, and building meaningful relationships between Indigenous communities and industry leaders.

The convention also prioritizes inspiring the next generation of mining professionals. Students and early-career professionals will have access to educational sessions, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities designed to connect them with industry leaders and prepare them for future challenges.

Networking remains at the heart of the PDAC experience. Signature events like the Awards Gala & Nite Cap and the Canada Night Finale provide opportunities to celebrate excellence in the sector, while happy hours, coffee connections, and breakfast and lunch socials offer casual settings for attendees to expand their professional networks.
