Politec s.r.l. is a growing Italian-based company that produces urethane technical parts for the mining industry. Since 1997 we have expanded our market worldwide and we supply high-performance materials to withstand the most challenging PH and abrasion environments. Thanks to our experienced team and vast network of partners we are able to deliver high quality materials at competitive prices.

Due to the frequent requests from our customers we are also capable of reverse engineering an existing part to create an exact copy while retaining all the benefits of our special urethane meshes.
Our Production
All our products are made with high-density urethane manufactured with hot-casting technology:
- Manufactured parts composed of different layers with technical and mechanical characteristics totally different between each other (jet, multilayer rollers)
- Anti-abrasion coatings (pipes, pumps, separators)
- Slurry/coated pumps spare parts (female screw, housing, impellers, rotors, wear disks)
- Scrapers for conveyor belts, rotors, elevator-cups, plates, sieves with high level of resistance to laceration, high loads and abrasion
- Hydro-dynamos and various components for desulphurization systems
- Pipe-shaped membranes (up to 3 meters long) and filters for mud presses
- Membranes for valves, seals and gaskets.
