PROK has strategically expanded its global footprint, establishing new manufacturing facilities and refurbishment centres in key regions, with a focus on customer proximity. This expansion not only ensures faster delivery to customers but also strengthens PROK's presence in emerging markets. The company has solidified its position as a global leader in conveyor components through increased market share and brand recognition.

Over the past 5 years, PROK has significantly invested in research and development both in manufacturing Automation and materials engineering, leading to the introduction of several innovative conveyor components. This includes the incorporation of advanced materials, such as nanocomposites and high-performance polymers, to enhance wear resistance and overall durability. Smart technologies like PROKoMON temperature sensors and IoT-enabled devices have been integrated into products to provide real-time monitoring and data-driven insights.

PROK’s specialist engineering and design teams are appropriately qualified and experienced, with specific conveyor and/or materials handling expertise. Our teams work collaboratively with customers to provide technical support and assistance – from planning new conveyor systems to trouble shooting issues and supplying new components. Some of our services include:

• Conveyor Engineering: we provide product and equipment-based solutions, customized designs, and application-specific conveyor components through the turnkey conveyors. 
• Engineering and Site Services: our expert teams offer on-site comprehensive conveyor inspections/audits and conveyor health reports, conveyor belt tracking troubleshooting, and conveyor belt tension analysis. 
• Bespoke Equipment Supply: some of our custom equipment that is tailored to your needs includes take-up equipment, specialized persuader frames, and shuttle wheel sets and guides.

PROK currently has two facilities within North America, one in Surrey, BC, Canada, and the other in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. 

PROK Canada specializes in pulley manufacturing, refurbishment, and testing, while PROK USA specializes in conveyor idler manufacturing. Both facilities are backed by PROK’s global engineering and technical support teams. 

These facilities ensure fast turnarounds on new equipment and the best possible customer service and support.
