Global Uranium to acquire Wyoming properties

Global Uranium will acquire 100% of various uranium properties in Wyoming, US. The acquisition will encompass a total of 5,040 acres, including 2,360 acres within the Gas Hills Uranium District, Wyoming’s premier uranium mining region which contains more than 50mlb of recoverable uranium. Under the asset purchase agreement with Foster Wilson, Global Uranium will pay $70,000 in cash and issue 400,000 common shares. This deal is expected to close in August. The properties include 122 unpatented lode mineral claims and five Wyoming state leases.

Blue Sky Uranium acquires two projects in Argentina

Blue Sky Uranium has announced the acquisition of the Corcovo and Chihuidos projects in the Neuquén Basin of Argentina. The projects are prospective for uranium deposits suitable for ISR. This deal will add nearly 80,000ha to its portfolio and bolster its medium to long-term prospects for additional uranium mineral resources. Blue Sky Uranium secured the option to earn a 100% stake in the Corcovo project, which consists of two adjacent exploration properties totalling 20,000ha.

American Salars to acquire lithium project in Argentina

American Salars Lithium will gain full ownership of the Pocitos 1 Lithium Salar Project in Salta, Argentina, from Recharge Resources. The project, which spans 800 hectares, has an inferred resource estimate of 760,000t of LCE as per the NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate prepared in December 2023. The inferred resources are located in the Pocitos 1 block, where all drilling activities have been conducted.

Riverside acquires Maria Luisa Copper Property in Mexico

Riverside Resources has concluded the acquisition and title transfer of the Maria Luisa Copper Property, which lies immediately north of its Ariel Property, in Sonora, Mexico. This move consolidates an additional 30% of the area, creating a direct drill target for the Ariel project. With this acquisition, Riverside now fully controls a 16km² area within the Laramide age porphyry Cu-(Au, Mo) district. Riverside  has conducted extensive mineral exporation at the Ariel project.
