Specializing in the manufacture & supply of Conveyor Belt, components & service for bulk material handling applications worldwide. With Special focus on Conveyor belts(Made in the UAE) and Spillage control Accessories the CLIMAFLEX range has become a recognised name in all sectors on Mining and process Plants.
ORF also has a long work history in the supply of Conveyor Systems, Screens, Silos, Hopper Bins, Storage Tanks, Pipe and Pressure Vessels, Belt Laying and Vulcanising(hot and cold joining) and a wide variety of customized rubber and Polyurethane products for various industries of Marine-ports-power-Desalination, Process, Cement-Mining, Construction sector.
On an area of 80,000square meters, our Factory is well-equipped with design and manufacturing facilities, conforming to international standards. Our multinational team of 600 skilled workforce and experienced engineers coordinate to meet a wide range of applications and client specifications. The latest computer software like STAAD, AGGFLOW , AUTO-CAD, and Solid Works are used in the design and production process.
Ocean Rubber Factory LLC -Engg Division is a quality certified “U” stamp “PP” stamp “R” stamp Conforming to ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, ISO 45001-2018.
We have a Large well –equipped Lab/testing facility for Rubber/Elastomer and Steel with the region’s largest rubber production machines and capabilities.
