Bonfiglioli HDO Series Packs A Punch

The HDO Helical Bevel heavy duty gear units from Bonfiglioli’s industrial heavy-duty portfolio, are setting new benchmarks for power, reliability and performance.

Manufactured using top-quality materials and according to the highest global design standards, the efficient and compact HDO Series is available in a wide range of sizes. It offers highly transmissible power, with a torque range up to 209, 000 Nm, enhancing operational efficiency. The gear unit’s cast iron housing ensures superior structural rigidity and ruggedness, even in extreme operating conditions. However, it also delivers silent and vibration-free operation. The Series includes an Atex version, perfectly suited for use in explosive environments.

The HDO Series is designed to deliver a long life. With its low maintenance requirements and long service intervals, making it a cost-efficient solution. 

The flexible output shaft configuration (either parallel or right angle) enables space saving, while the unit’s flexible mounting options make it versatile and flexible.

A wide range of gearbox customisation options and accessories is available, to meet a diverse range of application requirements, including: auxiliary cooling or heating devices, forced lubrication systems, backstop devices, seals and gaskets in various types and materials, as well as sensors and dry-well devices for vertical shaft installations.

Bonfiglioli’s heavy-duty gearmotors are easily customised to suit customers’ application needs.
