MAC Fiberglass Cable Cleats provide a means of protection for cables installed on the uneven and jagged surfaces of mine floors and a positive method of support for wall and ceiling mounted installations.

Manufactured of composite fiberglass, these units are weather resistant and provide an added level of insulation protection to the cable jacket from damage that can occur from sharp and uneven surfaces.

The units may be used to support other applications beyond cables, such as ropes and pipes. 

Made to order, MAC Cable Cleats are available in any configuration for any size cable, rope or pipe. 

MAC Flexible Cable Termination Lugs provide a method of addressing the difficult and challenging problems associated with terminating Flexible Mining Cables. Unlike concentric industrial electrical conductors, cables popular in the mining arena are manufactured using hundreds and possibly thousands of strands of wire to allow for extra flexibility that is required to address the vibration and motion challenges present. Standard electrical connectors were not designed for these flexible cables and present challenges in sizing and installation. 

The MAC series of Flexible Cable Lugs are designed with flared ends that easily accept the multi-strand construction and are installed in a speedy efficient manner. Available in any pad width and hole pattern required, MAC also offers connectors and compression shapes to accommodate these same cables. 

Satisfying the need for equipment protection against sudden catastrophic flooding, the MAC series of NEMA 6P Cabinets are built to protect against flooding in six feet of water for 24 hours.

MAC Conduit Sealing Bushings provide a positive fluid seal for all styles of Conduits, including Aluminum, Rigid Galvanized Steel, PVC and FRE. The design features a top outer plate that rests on the outside diameter of the conduit while the lower plate and rubber grommets seat within the interior of the pipe. Sealing is achieved after initial installation by tightening down the Allen Wrench Screws on the top plate that forces the inner rubber grommet to expand to the interior walls of the pipe while compressing onto outside surface of the cable. Split style sealing bushings may be installed over existing cable assemblies. 

Available for all conduit sizes and manufactured of Aluminum or Steel, these units may be coated with PVC as an option. Similar and dissimilar size cables may be accommodated.
