The time has come for reform. In this issue, we start by looking at changing laws in Australia. BHP has warned that labour law reforms may jeopardise future investment at a crucial time, so we take a look at the stakes. 

Also, changes to the emissions Safeguard Mechanism Scheme would mean a different path to net zero, with the changes hurting some mines more than others. While this change brings Australia in line with the rest of the world and closer to decarbonisation, how might it affect the industry?
