“The 300M Series meets the stringent demands of the local mining sector. Designed to be robust with its spheroidal cast iron housing, and requiring minimal maintenance, this gearmotor unit has been proven to deliver a long service life without unwanted downtime – even in demanding applications,” explains Broglia. “It stands apart as a cost-effective and reliable solution for a wide range of applications, from crushing, stacking and reclaiming, to dewatering and thickening.”

Offering a wide torque range, from 1,250 to 1,286,700 Nm, the 300M Series – manufactured using top-quality materials and according to the highest global standards – delivers extreme speed reduction, transmissible power up to 1050 kW, high output torque up to 1.286.700 Nm, and exceptional shock resistance. The 300M Series’ planetary gears are mounted onto self-centering carriers to ensure even load distribution.

In addition, this gearmotor is versatile, with a modular design, multiple mounting configuration options, several outputs as well as various input configurations for all 20 available motor sizes. It easily meets varying projects specifications, often without the need for extensive modifications.

When required, however, the 300M Series is easily customised. It can be completed with a wide range of electric motors from Bonfiglioli’s extensive portfolio. Asynchronous motors (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX) can easily be coupled with 300M Series gearboxes, providing customers with a complete solution.

The 300M Series is available in a combined version (HD, A or W/VF Series) as well as an ATEX version for use in explosive environments. Taconite seals and either independent or patented integrated cooling solutions are also available for the 300M Series.

A wide range of gearbox customisation options and accessories is available, to meet a diverse range of application requirements.

Bonfiglioli’s heavy-duty gearmotors are easily customised to suit customers’ application needs.
