Avoid the unexpected with our pre-excavation injection technologies

Unexpected water ingress and poor ground conditions can cause significant delays and escalate costs in tunnel development.

Handle challenging situations with our post-excavation injection technologies

  • Low to high volume water ingress demonstrate a wider risk for every underground operation.
  • Changing geology may lead to instable ground conditions.
  • Existing underground structures may need rehabilitation.

To counteract these risks and challenges, we offer a comprehensive range of injection solutions and technical support.

Cementitious grouting systems:Microcements for water management and consolidation in pre-excavation grouting applications into fine cracks where fast setting and high strength is needed.

Mineral Grouts:Colloidal Silica for water management and consolidation in pre-excavation grouting applications into finest fissures.

Polyurethanes & Polyurea silicates: Foaming, water sensitive 1K & 2K polyurethanes to quickly combat water ingress. Fast-reacting, non-water-sensitive, compact and foaming polyurea silicate systems to stabilize poor ground and filling of bigger voids.

Acrylates: Flexible hydrogel acrylic resins for rehabilitation injections in all types of concrete structures.
